EXECUTIVE COACHING

For the Questions You Can't Think Through Alone

I coach executives, founders, and nonprofit leaders who've achieved significant success, and recognize the next chapter requires something different.

Over the past decade, I've coached hundreds of leaders through inflection points: managing directors at global investment firms, healthcare entrepreneurs, media innovators, first-time CEOs navigating rapid growth. Some came to take on more. Others came to recover from taking on too much. All were asking questions their past success couldn't answer.

As an executive coach, serial entrepreneur, and former corporate leader, I bring three decades of experience scaling companies, leading global teams, and moving through my own transitions.

THE APPROACH

A thinking partnership that helps you see what you can't see alone.

Most coaching starts with goals. I start with identity. Before we build a strategy, we examine the assumptions and patterns that shape how you show up, and whether they're still serving you.

Most people arrive with a problem to solve. The deeper work often reveals that the problem they came with wasn't the real problem.

This work doesn't build a new you—it clears away what obscures the clarity that's already present. Drawing on neuroscience, behavioral psychology, philosophy, ancient wisdom, and strategic thinking, the approach is rigorous enough to hold up and flexible enough to meet you where you are.

The executive who can't delegate isn't facing a time management problem—they're facing a belief about their own value.

The leader stuck on a decision isn't lacking information—they're navigating a conflict they haven't named.

"In a chapter that could easily feel uncertain, I feel deeply grounded, optimistic, and genuinely excited about what's ahead. Steven creates the space and clarity that allow you to move forward with purpose rather than simply reacting to change."
