Steven Miyao's Process
Behind every great athlete, there is a great coach. There isn't a top athlete--from Serena Williams to Roger Federer to LeBron James, who did not need a mentor to help them reach the top of their profession.
Your career is like that of a professional athlete. You may have the determination, the skills, and the vision, but there are times when you need expert guidance to ensure you stay on the right path and apply your talents best and work on your shortcomings to reach your goals.
Work/Life balance is a myth. It implies that work is terrible, life is excellent and separate. On the contrary, work is part of life. You will learn to treat work the same way you do life and amplify what you love. You can't achieve your professional goals if you don't optimize your overall life.
My goal is to help you see yourself more accurately, get clear about how to best play to your strengths, and learn the skills to achieve your dream without stress.

Awareness
I will help you identify and understand what is truly important to you. Without understanding what is essential, you become confused about your life purpose, have reservations about moving forward, have thoughts full of doubt, and are all-consumed with the daily chaos of meetings, kids, and money. Understanding and aligning with your core values will help you find your purpose, make thoughtful decisions, cultivate a more deliberate sense of self, and discover what you want to accomplish.

Vision
Ask yourself, if things like money, skills, or location didn’t matter, what would you do? We will build your vision for what you want your life to be. Your vision should make you a little uncomfortable; otherwise, it is not big enough. Your vision will be your guide to help you understand where you are and where you’re going.

Action
I will work with you to focus on the areas with the highest positive impact and jointly create a 90-day action plan. We will identify your core goals for the next 90-days and core processes to ensure that you achieve each of your goals.

Habit
We will break down your core processes into daily tasks and align your calendar to spend your time on these to accomplish your goals. This realignment will help you build new habits around everything you learn to be beneficial but is hard to maintain. Habit creation will be vital to achieving your long-term goals.

Achievement
The ultimate goal is to clearly define what you want, hone your craft, and create the future you want for yourself. I will encourage and nudge you toward your dreams and provide you with the tools that promote your growth.
